I'll have to adjust the dates, but the plan this year is to open the Scramble when we send out assignments (July 22, maybe sooner if we get assignments sent out sooner).
There's no official sign up for the Scramble, so it's just a matter of creating/opening the AO3 collection. The Scramble is sort of a fun free-for-all. It's open to all fanworks, and there's no minimum size requirements. Anyone can play (don't even have to sign up for the official exchange).
Same general rules apply: must be a remix of Arrow, Constantine, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and/or Vixen and can't change the pairing. Also, the only works that can be remixed are creators who specifically opt in by adding their information to our opt-in post. Once it's complete, anyone can add their remix to the Scramble at any time. It will go live with the main collection on Sept. 24.
